Personal Banker Associate I - Huntsville, AL

Serve as a Financial Center Retail Personal Banker focused on consultative sales to identify and meet customers’ current and future financial needs. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations, obtain required certification, process teller transactions, and support platform staffing. Use Financial Needs Assessment, Retail product knowledge, and CAMP marketing tools to cross-sell, set appointments, refer customers to business partners, and achieve customer experience and production goals while adhering to risk, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
