Job Summary

Own Deal Desk support for enterprise deals across APJ, providing in-time-zone pricing guidance, deal structuring, quoting, and approvals from start to close. Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Billing to navigate non-standard terms without slowing deals down. Build and scale APJ deal desk processes, playbooks, and guardrails, and apply a consumption-based pricing model while feeding deal-flow insights back to the global team.

Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day Deal Desk support for the APJ sales team across pricing, deal structure, quoting, and approvals in-region.
•Serve as a strategic thought partner for deal strategy including pricing guidance, competitive positioning, negotiation approach, and contract structure.
•Build and manage quotes and order forms in Salesforce CPQ / Ironclad, shepherding deals through approvals to close.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Billing to review and close non-standard terms without slowing deals down.
•Stand up and scale APJ Deal Desk processes by converting recurring questions into playbooks, approval paths, and enablement while evolving the consumption-based pricing model.

Key Requirements

•4–8+ years of experience across deal desk, deal/revenue operations, commercial strategy, consulting, investing, or sales strategy with outcome ownership.
•Experience with enterprise B2B deals (ideally SaaS or infrastructure), including hands-on pricing, negotiation, and contract structure.
•Track record operating in a high-volume deal environment and systematizing work with playbooks, processes, and approval frameworks.
•Strong analytical skills: sizing deals and modeling pricing scenarios/ROI in Excel, grounding recommendations in data.
•Based in Singapore and able to support the APJ region.
