Key Responsibilities

•Review and prepare Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) for the project scope.
•Create test cases exploring all aspects of the scope and support test scope analysis.
•Execute regression testing.
•Manage defect lifecycle and provide execution status reporting.
•Work with understanding of system integration with core banking systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting and implementing banking industry systems (with at least 3 years in IT).
•2–3 years of experience supporting and implementing Finastra Fusion Loan IQ.
•Experience reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and preparing test cases across scope.
•Experience with test scope analysis, regression testing, and understanding system integration with core banking systems.
