Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage consulting-direction team members located in the south of France (Aix and Sophia).
  • •Develop the consulting business commercially across the Aix/Marseille and Sophia Antipolis area.
  • •Provide guidance, set objectives, track performance, and support training plans for team members.
  • •Run business-facing pre-sales activities, including event participation, opportunity tracking, and responding to RFPs.
  • •Maintain team cohesion, apply group HR policies and CODIR directives, and manage staffing visibility and internal requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree (BAC +5) from an engineering school or business school.
  • •More than 10 years of experience in consulting firms.
  • •Strong knowledge of Data, AI, GenAI, and Cloud ecosystems.
  • •Experience delivering projects within industrial organizations of large international groups.
  • •Fluent English and strong ability to communicate with both business and technical teams to translate AI needs into viable solutions.
