Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Head of Americas Distribution on leadership effectiveness, organizational strategy, talent priorities, and people risk.
  • •Translate business strategy into an integrated people agenda supporting commercial growth, operating model evolution, and leadership capability.
  • •Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives, including change leadership impact assessment and risk mitigation.
  • •Advise on leadership performance, succession, and senior-level talent decisions, shaping talent strategies and strengthening leadership development.
  • •Partner on compensation strategy and governance, embed DEI into leadership and succession strategies, and manage complex people and organizational risk in alignment with governance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • •10+ years of senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization.
  • •Proven experience advising executive-level leaders with strong executive presence and influence.
  • •Experience supporting revenue-generating, client-facing distribution/sales/wealth/institutional commercial environments.
  • •Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law fundamentals, and risk management; professional HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
