Job Summary

Lead HR for the Americas Distribution organization, serving as the primary people and organizational advisor to senior leaders. Shape the people strategy that drives commercial growth through leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, organizational design, and change leadership. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and Finance on workforce planning, talent investment, and workforce insights, while guiding leadership succession, compensation governance, DEI integration, and people-related risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Head of Americas Distribution on leadership effectiveness, organizational strategy, talent priorities, and people risk.
•Translate business strategy into an integrated people agenda supporting commercial growth, operating model evolution, and leadership capability.
•Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives, including change leadership impact assessment and risk mitigation.
•Advise on leadership performance, succession, and senior-level talent decisions, shaping talent strategies and strengthening leadership development.
•Partner on compensation strategy and governance, embed DEI into leadership and succession strategies, and manage complex people and organizational risk in alignment with governance standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years of senior HR leadership experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex organization.

•Experience supporting revenue-generating, client-facing distribution/sales/wealth/institutional commercial environments.
•Strong grounding in employee relations, employment law fundamentals, and risk management; professional HR certification (SPHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
