Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution of assigned technical tasks by coordinating capability task leads, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals.
  • •Integrate between capability task leads and program leadership, translating program direction into actionable guidance and ensuring consistent communication across the section.
  • •Plan and coordinate resources by identifying section-level requirements, assisting with workload distribution, and providing input on staffing, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Ensure technical and operational quality by reviewing deliverables, validating compliance with Army Enterprise LWN standards, and reinforcing adherence to DOW and Army cybersecurity policies.
  • •Support customers and cross-functional teams by guiding break/fix activities, technology upgrades, cybersecurity requirements, and integration of new capabilities under contract/PWS obligations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of related experience in information technology operations.
  • •Bachelor's degree (or an additional 4 years of experience substituted for the degree).
  • •Minimum active Secret security clearance required; must be able to obtain Interim Top Secret.
  • •8570.1 M IAT Level II Certification required.
  • •Experience supporting IT operations, including prior team/task-level leadership, and working knowledge of Army Enterprise LWN capabilities; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, Project, and Microsoft Visio.
