Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • •6+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience, including at least 3 years of investigation experience.
  • •2+ years’ experience working in a multinational company.
  • •Technically proficient in Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Ability to operate with solid judgment and ownership in decision-making and influence across management levels.
