Job Summary

Responsible for selling and marketing Truist mortgage loan products by executing mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals. Provide clients sound mortgage advice based on their needs and Truist mortgage product benefits, while maintaining knowledge of mortgage strategies, policies, and investor guidelines. Consistently drive referrals to deepen client opportunities and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up through post-closing quality review.

•Maintain thorough knowledge of Truist mortgage strategies, policies and procedures, and secondary market investor guidelines.
•Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on a full understanding of client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Consistently execute Truist’s referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank solutions for deepening client opportunities.
•Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with client, attorney, or appraiser document follow-up as determined through quality control or post-closing review.

Key Requirements

•1+ year(s) experience in a banking and/or lending environment with basic knowledge of residential property types.
•Must have good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

•Demonstrated proficiency in relevant computer applications.
•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
