Job Summary

Support end-to-end workspace planning for the AMS region within the Real Estate Planning & BP Global team. Partner with business stakeholders to understand headcount, working models, and workplace priorities, then collect and analyze spatial utilization/occupancy data to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities. Translate business plans into scalable workspace solutions aligned to global and regional standards, and drive timely, high-quality planning delivery through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end workspace & seating planning for the AMS region, optimizing allocation of space resources (workstations, meeting rooms, storage) to meet business needs.
•Understand business requirements by regularly aligning with business partners on headcount plans, team structures, working models, and workplace priorities.
•Collect, analyze, and track space utilization, occupancy, and spatial data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
•Use insights from planning dashboards, reports, and data tools to enable data-driven decision-making for regional space planning and resource allocation.
•Translate business plans into actionable, scalable workspace plans aligned with global/regional standards and support cross-regional process standardization.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
•Demonstrated ability to organize information, analyze data, and complete documentation with high accuracy.
•Strong logical thinking, detail-oriented approach, and ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
•Proactive, clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
•Experience or internship in planning analysis, program management, or project coordination is a plus.
