Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end strategic projects and central demand, covering strategic topics and ad hoc requests from central functions.
  • •Serve as the first point of contact for incoming central requests, assess priorities, and ensure they are tracked and delivered on time.
  • •Support reporting responsibilities by contributing to management output and ensuring content is decision-ready for senior stakeholders.
  • •Package and present financial analysis and project updates in a structured way that supports senior management decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in controlling or finance.
  • •Experience leading controlling/finance in complex, multi-entity or international environments, ideally with exposure to strategic projects or financial initiatives.
  • •Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear, concise output for senior stakeholders.
  • •Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate across functions, and deliver under pressure.
  • •Knowledge of AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, Power BI, Power Platform) plus good working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) and strong MS Excel skills.
