Build and evolve a key part of an AI data platform that indexes, curates, annotates, and evaluates data across the full AI lifecycle. Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Push the platform forward to the next level as part of a small, highly collaborative core engineering team.
•Own projects end-to-end, spanning product/design/architectural decisions through deployment, monitoring, and impact measurement.
•Work across the stack, including areas from deployment through styling, delivering improvements for users.
•Collaborate and support teammates on challenging problems while driving work forward with autonomy.
•Tackle complex domains and large scale using simple solutions while leveraging expertise to deliver high-performing software.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

•Have built and maintained multiple systems from scratch, understanding the tradeoffs involved in reliable, performant software delivered quickly.

•Be comfortable operating under uncertainty and making decisions without a predefined clear definition or solution.
