  • •Serve as the primary operational liaison between product leadership, shared services, and corporate partners to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and issue resolution.
  • •Define operational strategies, annual objectives, KPIs, and standardized operating procedures with shared services, market leaders, and product teams.
  • •Support due diligence, integration planning, and operational readiness for product expansions, including Duals Integration Office subject matter expertise.
  • •Monitor performance, identify gaps and risks, and develop best-practice workflows and cost-effective programs to optimize operations.
