Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the long-term strategic vision and multiyear roadmaps for a portfolio of Visa’s largest small business partners.
  • •Serve as senior executive sponsor for key partnerships, leading executive business reviews, planning, and roadmap alignment conversations.
  • •Oversee multi-year strategic account plans that drive sustainable payment volume growth and revenue diversification, including cross-sell with FI Account Executives.
  • •Act as the quarterback across Visa to align Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Client Services around partnership priorities and execution.
  • •Monitor and report account performance, pipeline, and revenue targets; maintain high deliverable quality and timely outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD); or 5+ years with a PhD.
  • •15–18+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership (preferably B2B payments/fintech).
  • •Deep knowledge of payment systems including card networks, ACH, wires, RTP, and digital wallets.
  • •Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-year partnerships with enterprise or high-growth fintech clients.
  • •Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executive levels with strong C-suite presence and influence.
