  • •Lead month-end close through variance analyses, investigation of financial drivers, and oversight of journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • •Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX controls and documentation.
  • •Lead and prepare schedules supporting the 10Q and 10K financial reporting process.
  • •Collaborate with Infrastructure, Information Technology, and Finance teams and support internal/external audits with evidence and process overview.
  • •Manage and mentor a diverse accounting team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and complete special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years total experience in accounting and public accounting, ideally with both accounting firm and corporate experience.
  • •Prior management experience within an accounting role.

  • •Experience with Workday Finance and Oracle (or other large ERP); Workday Accounting Center is a plus.
  • •Intermediate/advanced Excel and solid understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley/SOX.
