Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in designing and developing learning solutions, including reviewing and customizing external data and managing the development budget.
  • •Support execution of learning solutions, facilitation and presentation, and analysis of methodology for internal and external course running.
  • •Support assessment of learning solutions and projects, including decision-making based on achievement level outcomes.
  • •Help plan and manage L&D projects, including stakeholder coordination, execution, and process review.
  • •Support L&D strategy implementation, annual operational plans, budget allocation, KPIs, and the coordination of L&D infrastructures, policies, and learning culture initiatives.
