Job Summary

Assist with designing, developing, and executing learning and development (L&D) solutions, including customizing learning content and coordinating learning programs. Support the assessment of L&D effectiveness and contribute to decision-making based on outcomes. Help plan and manage L&D projects, budgets, KPIs, and learning culture initiatives, including knowledge management and social learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in designing and developing learning solutions, including reviewing and customizing external data and managing the development budget.
•Support execution of learning solutions, facilitation and presentation, and analysis of methodology for internal and external course running.
•Support assessment of learning solutions and projects, including decision-making based on achievement level outcomes.
•Help plan and manage L&D projects, including stakeholder coordination, execution, and process review.
•Support L&D strategy implementation, annual operational plans, budget allocation, KPIs, and the coordination of L&D infrastructures, policies, and learning culture initiatives.

•Develop in-depth knowledge in specialized L&D areas by researching, benchmarking, and practicing.

•Support L&D course design and development, including review and customization of external data and management of development budget.
•Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.
