Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with manufacturing staff and the wider SHE team to promote safe manufacturing practices and proper containment equipment use.
  • •Identify and address site SHE issues and employee concerns.
  • •Perform incident management, including injury management investigations and recordkeeping, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Coordinate and conduct internal and external SHE auditing and inspection activities.
  • •Carry out risk assessments (e.g., area, process, machine safety, chemical, ergonomic, ATEX, work at height, confined space) and propose mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years professional experience in Safety, Health and environmental programs.
  • •5+ years relevant experience in a cGMP environment.
  • •Knowledge of Safety, Health & Environment compliance reporting.
  • •Specific experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and operational control of cGMP activity.
  • •Ability to make oral presentations and work effectively in a team.
