Key Responsibilities

•Develop roadway lighting design packages for highway improvement projects across the southern US
•Take on roles as Junior/Mid/Senior Engineer, Task Lead, or Subject Matter Expert on projects
•Collaborate with teams on alternative delivery projects and mega-projects
•Serve as CAD Designer (Lighting) and contribute to design packages using AGi32, Visual Lighting Design, MicroStation and OpenRoads
•Provide guidance and leadership within the lighting design discipline on complex transportation projects

•BS degree in Engineering or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience (CAD Designers)
•BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency (Junior Level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency (Mid-Level Engineers)
•BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency (Senior Level Engineers/Task Leads)
•Preferred: EIT Certification or PE License; Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering; State DOT experience
