Key Requirements

  • •High school Diploma/GED equivalent or work equivalent.
  • •Good work and attendance record with a positive attitude and strong responsibility/authority mindset.
  • •Good math, problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Ability to use basic measuring tools such as micrometers and gauges; mechanical ability.
  • •Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work through a full 8-hour shift; fork truck experience and prior experience with lathes/mills/grinders are a plus.
