Job Summary

Support Tool Room leadership to maintain, repair, and ensure molds and tooling are available for production needs. Coordinate daily maintenance priorities, direct Tool Room personnel, and help run preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime. Evaluate downtime and efficiency reports, keep maintenance records, and help develop tool room policies. Assist with training and development, enforce safety and work rules, and procure parts/components for mold repairs.

•Assist Tool Room personnel with day-to-day maintenance of molds and tools.
•Assist with/set priorities for repairs of molds.

•Evaluate downtime and efficiency reports to identify productivity levels and areas needing attention.
•Keep proper records of maintenance performed and support training for new employees while enforcing safety and company policies.

•Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and work through a full 8-hour shift; fork truck experience and prior experience with lathes/mills/grinders are a plus.
