Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Senior RM/RM with processing NTB acquisition and related client requests.
  • •Process client onboarding activities including account opening, client documentation, and investment booking/redemption and fund transfer processing.
  • •Oversee investment transaction processing and generate investment reports and client statements accurately and on time.
  • •Manage day-to-day operational workflows for international wealth coverage, maintaining MIS reporting for RM activities and transactions.
  • •Act as a point of contact for client walk-ins at priority/private banking centers and ensure compliance with internal policies and KYC/AML requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management, or banking operations, preferably in priority/private banking or international wealth management.
  • •Experience processing client transactions, investment products, and account management in wealth management.
  • •Strong operational and client servicing skills focused on efficiency and accuracy.
  • •Ability to manage client service requests effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • •Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML, and experience adhering to compliance guidelines.
