Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, perform repairs efficiently and accurately per dealership and factory standards, and diagnose malfunctions.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts when required for warranties or customer requests.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs, notify the service advisor when additional work is or isn’t needed, and document work performed.
  • •Road-test vehicles when required (or route to the test technician), ensuring the customer vehicle is not used for personal errands.
  • •Supervise apprentice technicians, attend factory-sponsored training classes, keep up with technical bulletins, maintain shop/tool cleanliness, and follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 36 hourly

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • •Authorization to work in the USA.
