Job Summary

Lead demand, inventory, and capacity planning for assigned projects, ensuring on-time, high-efficiency, low-cost execution. Partner with global planning, program management, frontend/technical, and project teams to provide visibility into demand, supply, and service through reporting by product line and sourcing location. Drive automation using data across systems, optimize capacity utilization, assess supply risks, and help manage global supply chain crises.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide supply chain support to program management for launching and deploying new business initiatives.
•Design, build, and maintain reports for demand, supply, and service visibility by product line and sourcing location.
•Implement automation to reduce manual inputs and develop an agile supply chain solution using data from multiple systems.
•Develop supply chain strategy focused on cost, efficiency, and resource optimization, including global capacity utilization management.
•Manage supply risk assessments and support global resolution of supply chain crises through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of hands-on supply planning experience, preferably in the apparel industry.
•Knowledge of forecasting models and practical experience with Qlik Sense, Oracle, or similar planning tools.
•Experience supporting program launches and deploying new business initiatives across stakeholders.
•Good project management and communication skills, including operating effectively in a complex matrix organization.
•Good command of English and Chinese, with strong analytical skills and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
