Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding and ensure customers adopt Insider One effectively, acting as the face of Insider One to clients in Malaysia
•Develop and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities to increase value for the client’s organization
•Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to provide tech support and ensure successful deployment
•Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, becoming their trusted adviser and primary point of contact
•Capture customer feedback and market trends to influence product roadmap and drive customer loyalty

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
•4+ years of customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting experience within Martech or SaaS
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
•Strategic thinker with strong project management skills
•Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities
