Key Responsibilities

  • •Support HBM probe activities by executing requests from TSE engineers, including evaluation/production lot assignment, tracking, and coordination.
  • •Handle lots by monitoring status, setting up attributes and travelers, and executing hold/release steps.
  • •Support experiments and investigations for yield improvement, test time optimization, and diagnosing test/probe-related issues.
  • •Perform data mining and generate reports with basic analysis to support engineering debug/root-cause investigations and NPI learning cycles.
  • •Track HBM probe execution metrics (e.g., TAT, hold/release status and aging) and generate regular metric summaries/dashboards while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Applied Science, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Basic exposure/understanding of semiconductor manufacturing or wafer probe/test flows.
  • •Comfort with data handling, scripting, or structured technical systems.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven engineering environment.
  • •Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple parallel requests.
