CLX Property Advocate - Condo/Dwelling

Handle dwelling and condo insurance claims end to end, owning each case from first notice through resolution. Settle claim components (dwelling, condo, contents, ALE) efficiently and fairly while keeping customers informed by phone and email. Explain coverage decisions in plain language, review mitigation/pack-out bills, and identify subrogation opportunities. Follow compliance guidelines, develop peril-based expertise, manage caseloads daily, and coordinate large-loss reporting with internal and external partners.
