Payroll Officer

Process end-to-end payroll for a high-volume, multi-site workforce across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Maintain compliant employee records aligned with awards and EBAs, reconcile payroll reports and journals, and handle payroll queries professionally. Work with internal stakeholders and external bodies as needed while supporting payroll process improvements and related projects within a growing payroll team.
