Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Establish relationships with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment), refer customers as appropriate, and meet production goals; also process teller transactions and support loan activities from application through closing.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
  • •Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
