Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day activities of the assigned Safe & Secure team, identify strengths/weaknesses, and drive improvements.
  • •Direct and implement the Incident Management program at HQ locations, including preparedness, emergency facilitation, and after-action reviews.
  • •Lead Safe & Secure Technology processes for HQ locations, including badge access, server room controls, monitoring alerts, and maintenance of program health.
  • •Ensure compliance with security/safety systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards, including visitor and vendor check-in processes and risk assessments.
  • •Recruit, train, coach, and performance-manage team members; prevent and resolve conflicts; maintain appropriate staffing to meet KPIs; escalate high-risk issues to senior-level management.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •3+ years’ experience in physical security operations and/or loss prevention.
  • •1+ year of experience directly supervising/managing a team.
  • •Demonstrated crisis management leadership and ability to coach teams to deliver consistent customer service.
  • •Valid driver’s license and insurable DMV required.
