Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish rapport with dealers on-site to support a comprehensive risk assessment across multiple dealer locations.
  • •Investigate, observe, and document dealership processes and practices to identify risks.
  • •Inspect collateral through lot and title audits and determine dealers’ equity and business health for underwriting.
  • •Verify inventory in market share conversion of $500,000+ to mitigate risk while growing the portfolio, and resolve outstanding audit items.
  • •Present audit findings to dealers and Operations/Risk/Senior Leadership, and assist Recovery with repo audits and collateral handling as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field with generally less than 2 years of auto industry-related experience (or a different combination such as ~4 years in a related field).
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Reside in Texas - Central Time Zone (preference for San Antonio, TX).
  • •Must be able and willing to travel regionally on short notice (75% of the time).
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license. Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
