Experienced Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Material)

Develop budgetary and formal estimates and cost/price proposals for new business, contract changes, and follow-on work within Boeing Defense, Space and Security. Lead estimating and pricing strategy using computational techniques, perform risk/financial/competitive analysis, and coordinate proposal teams and cost element owners. Provide negotiation and audit support for cost proposal artifacts, brief senior leaders, and improve estimating tools/processes to increase cost accuracy while supporting compliance activities.
