Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and track performance to budgeted goals and departmental targets.
  • •Provide KPI results to management on a daily basis.
  • •Support the preparation of the annual container yard budget with productivity targets and manning requirements.
  • •Initiate employee discussions for policy breaches and communicate breaches to the Superintendent on duty for resolution.
  • •Identify and resolve customer issues related to the specific operations, and meet daily with the labour workforce to promote positive relationships.

  • •Fluent in English; previous Canadian work experience or experience working directly with Canadian industries.
