Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate through different parts of the organisation to build your understanding of Group Chief Operating Office operations and transformation.
  • •Use data-led insights to analyse financial, operational, and risk information and guide decision-making.
  • •Shape the future by using technology and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • •Apply risk, control, and process-improvement frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Combine data, market practice, and customer insight to propose recommendations and drive innovation for service excellence.

Key Requirements
