Job Summary

Lead the APAC PAS Finance function for Project & Automation Solutions, partnering with the APAC General Manager to drive financial performance across Asia Pacific. Manage AOP, MBR, FP&A, working capital programs, and ensure strong internal controls and project review compliance while coordinating with global stakeholders in Kuala Lumpur and Pune.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Finance activities for the PAS Line of Business across APAC, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive revenue, operating income, working capital, and cash flow.
•Provide financial guidance on strategic analysis, deal modeling, contract reviews, and cost control; lead CPQ and commercial/credit decisions during budgetary and firm proposals.
•Head the AOP planning process for the LOB in APAC and support Monthly Business Review; analyze profitability, backlog, deviations, utilization, and recoveries.
•Monitor working capital, drive C2C efficiency, and lead cost productivity through detailed business plans and spend analysis tools.
•Ensure internal controls/compliance, conduct quarterly P&L/balance sheet analysis, and manage integration for newly acquired entities.

Key Requirements

•Professionally qualified (CA or CPA) with more than 12 years of experience in finance and accounting.
•Experience in Manufacturing, project & service industries is a must.
•Fluent in verbal and written English.
•Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP; excellent MS Office skills.
•Good knowledge of US GAAP and direct/indirect taxes; well versed with project accounting.
