Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and platform strategy across supported asset classes (crypto, equities, commodities, derivatives).
  • •Own the Fusion value proposition end-to-end, including positioning, acquisition, engagement, and retention for active traders and professional customers.
  • •Own the web and mobile platform experience, driving improvements in usability, discoverability, customization, portfolio visibility, and trading workflows.
  • •Partner with Engineering on trading infrastructure strategy to ensure high availability, low latency, speed, and operational resilience; support architecture and stability decisions.
  • •Drive commercial performance and ensure advanced trading activities operate within regulatory frameworks in collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations.
