Key Responsibilities

  • •Map target sub-segments/micro-segments (e.g., healthcare, education, retail, mixed use) and deliver reference designs per sub-segment.
  • •Create and maintain a library of reference designs/applications aligned to an agreed roadmap.
  • •Translate reference designs into detailed visual tools (including design guides, CAD files, and technical specifications) with Marcom for Sales promotion.
  • •Work with BU product managers and BU applications engineers to define application needs and position offerings within the reference design.
  • •Support consultant and specification sales engagement, and continuously refine the reference design framework based on feedback while developing new tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Power, IT, or a similar engineering field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in the Commercial & Institutional Buildings segment market in a technical role with customer interactions.
  • •Solid knowledge of energy/power distribution products, solutions, and applicable electrical codes and standards including IEC.
  • •Software skills including SCADA.
  • •Proficiency in electrical design software; 3D modeling software is a plus.
