Associate HR Business Partner-Shared Services Center

Partner with leaders and managers in a Shared Services Center to assess organizational needs and shape talent strategy as the business evolves. Deliver HR programs that support inclusive culture, employee engagement, connection, and career development. Oversee performance/promotion and compensation processes, succession and talent initiatives, and manage HR transactions using Workday reporting. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Legal to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
