Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate CADD drawing production in support of the CADD manager.
  • •Use advanced computer-aided design and drafting assignments and graphics software (e.g., CADD software) to meet set results and deadlines.
  • •Digitize or trace sketches or concepts from designers using CADD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation.
  • •Apply general understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
  • •Support BMS design and support services that complement the Mechanical and Electrical design activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum HNC level related engineering mechanical qualification or a degree in building services engineering, electrical engineering or computer science.
  • •Good BMS systems knowledge (e.g., Trend, Tridium, Niagara) through industry experience as a BIM/Control systems manufacturer, contractor, specialist systems integrator, or similar consultancy role.
  • •Chartership or working towards.
  • •Ability to perform complex CADD assignments and coordinate drawing production to support set results and deadlines.
  • •Knowledge of CAD software and drafting equipment used to achieve required outputs.
