Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Legal Counsel, Senior Counsel, and Heads of Legal on cross-border general commercial matters across ASOS business areas.
  • •Negotiate and advise on contracts and IP rights for marketing and customer-facing projects, including brand collaboration and influencer projects.
  • •Draft and negotiate contracts for selling models, and help prepare master service agreements and statements of work for logistics, freight, and delivery services.
  • •Maintain and develop agreement templates and contract playbooks, ensuring timely distribution and handling of legal matters via email inbox management.
  • •Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external counsel, manage project coordination, and help prepare/deliver training on relevant legal issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree or equivalent qualifications required.
  • •General commercial legal experience assisting in negotiating and advising on commercial contracts (marketing and/or IP related experience is a bonus).
  • •Experience gained from private practice or in-house positions.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced, growing, agile, adaptable in-house commercial environment.
  • •Adopts an approachable and adaptable manner with excellent communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
