Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end customer value journey (landing, expanding, adopting, renewing) with full responsibility for outcomes.
  • •Translate customers’ strategic priorities into Celonis use cases and create value assessments or proof-of-value projects for C-level alignment.
  • •Build business cases and demos using industry benchmarks and best practices to win and grow customers.
  • •Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities, then derive and initiate improvement actions.
  • •Present results and realized value to senior management and provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform and Apps based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an analytical role demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software/SaaS deployment, ideally in solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or an in-house intelligence/CoE role.
  • •Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows, plus knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
  • •Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, and acting as a change agent to train users/process owners to realize value.
  • •Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects, leveraging partners from the Celonis ecosystem.
  • •Native-level or near-native German language skills (written and spoken) to lead workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
