Key Responsibilities

•Support the Commercial - Business Development function in executing the leasing plan for various facilities within the Hub, meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
•Engage with prospective tenants to understand their business needs and tailor commercial proposals accordingly.
•Prepare pitch decks, proposals, leasing documents, and supporting materials in coordination with legal and finance.
•Maintain and actively manage lead pipelines, CRM tracking, and internal deal progress reports.
•Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform sector targeting, pricing strategies, and commercial decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Food Supply Chain, or a related field; Master’s is an advantage.
