Job Summary

Help future-proof SEB by exploring how customer needs, technologies, products, services, and business models may evolve. Identify emerging trends and opportunities, translate research into exploration themes, and drive innovation from idea to concept development, prototyping, validation, and pilot initiatives. Partner across business units, product teams, data specialists, and technology teams to evaluate feasibility and communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and research trends, market developments, customer needs, and emerging technologies shaping the future of banking.
•Translate research findings into exploration themes, concepts, and opportunities.
•Develop and drive innovation explorations from initial idea through concept development, prototyping, validation, and learning.
•Explore how new technologies, including AI, can create value and solve previously impractical problems.
•Work with business units and technology, data, and product teams to evaluate feasibility, value, and implementation opportunities, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,500 - 5,200 monthly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
•Experience in product innovation, product development, service design, concept development, or a similar field.
•Strong analytical and research skills to synthesize information and identify meaningful insights.
•Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains.
•Fluency in Estonian and English; a university degree in a related field is preferred.
