Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop technical learning solutions including ILT, VILT, WBT, microlearning, videos, certification exams, and other modalities.
  • •Develop learning paths, certification programs, pre-assessments, and post-assessments.
  • •Create deliverables such as learner/instructor/lab guides, job aids, ebooks, student guides, audio scripts, and assessment/certification exam questions.
  • •Apply the instructional design lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) to deliver effective learner-centric solutions.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather technical content, ensure Mainframe understanding, manage multiple projects, and maintain content quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in instructional design or technical training development, preferably in a software/technology environment.
  • •Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional learning design methodologies, including certification development.
  • •Proficiency with training development/authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Easygenerator, Certiverse, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Captivate.
  • •Ability to manage projects independently from initiation to delivery of learning solutions.
  • •Experience working with SMEs to transform technical information into engaging education experiences, including designing hands-on labs.
