Learning & Development Facilitator (Mediclinic George, George, ZA, York And G)

Ensure competence within the legislative environment and support the Mediclinic Southern Africa learning and development strategy aligned to the HR Service Delivery Model. Manage and report structured employee development, including formal student learning, and advocate for a learning culture. Act as custodian of local learning and development standards, manage formal students, and help drive transformation through learning initiatives.
