Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures aligned with company and contractor expectations.
  • •Coordinate development and implementation of project works.
  • •Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules, including critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis.
  • •Analyze deviations from the baseline Project Master schedule, highlight bottlenecks/delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • •Prepare integrated planning/scheduling contributions to monthly project reporting and develop resourcing plans and micro-management schedules for critical work elements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a construction related field.
  • •Expert project controls/plan/schedule management, preferably within Data Centres, Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Life science, or other complex asset types.
  • •Expert experience using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
  • •Ability to coordinate multiple schedule input and performance data sources into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports.
  • •Availability for fulltime on-site work.
