Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware infrastructure supporting large-scale chip and software development ensuring performance, reliability and scalability
•Partner closely with internal engineering teams to integrate infrastructure tools seamlessly into day to day development and optimize hardware engineer workflows
•Own the evolution of infrastructure architecture, aggressively accelerate chip design using state of the art AI solutions, and structuring of code to support complex programs, distributed teams
•Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering leaders to deliver roadmaps against ambitious timelines and goals
•Establish processes, metrics and indicators and use data to amplify team performance, measure impact on business outcomes, communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address issues, prioritization

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 145,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
•10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of hardware platforms, infrastructure, or internal tools
•Demonstrated experience partnering with highly technical engineering teams and delivering products from concept through to delivery
•Proven track record defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable improvements in developer productivity or system performance
•Experience with large-scale infrastructure deployments and understanding of Git, Perforce, code collaboration workflows
