Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests in a music hall atmosphere.
  • •Interact with guests in a friendly manner, cultivate repeat business, and suggestively sell beverages and menu items.
  • •Prepare beverages using standard recipes and venue specifications, following applicable control systems.
  • •Ensure responsible alcohol service by refusing service to intoxicated guests and checking IDs for guests appearing under 30.
  • •Handle opening/running/closing duties including pour tests, POS guest checks and payments, and cash/bank and bar logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •CA Food Handler Card / Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
  • •Cash handling experience; ability to work late hours and a flexible schedule.
  • •Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
  • •Physically able to pass a pour test and a timed mixology drill.
  • •Interpersonal communication and teamwork skills; ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a safety-minded manner.
