Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide People expertise for employee relations, performance management, talent management/organizational development, rewards and recognition, growth and development, and workforce planning.
  • •Partner with regional People SMEs as a consultant across People Team areas for strategic and tactical approaches.
  • •Ensure HR procedures, policies, and guidance are compliant with applicable legislation/employment law and local unions.
  • •Coach and guide people leaders on individual talent development, compensation review, performance management, engagement, talent reviews, promotions, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • •Lead efforts with People Leaders to facilitate effective team management and resolve workplace issues; use analytics to drive operational excellence in reporting and data management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree).
  • •Experience as an HR generalist managing medium to complex people-related challenges in a global, multinational, matrixed environment.
  • •Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • •Ability to juggle priorities and deliver objectives on time and accurately, with attention to detail.
  • •Strong analytical and consulting skills, plus emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders across all levels.
