Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary finance partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership team, explaining operational and commercial performance.
  • •Build and communicate end-to-end margin bridges and deliver actionable performance analysis versus budget and prior year.
  • •Lead annual budgeting and own forecasting/budgeting processes in collaboration with Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
  • •Own reporting and month-end close activities, including accruals, balance sheet management, inventory reconciliations, and fixed asset tracking.
  • •Partner with centralized teams on costing and drive inventory/working capital performance, including cycle counts and excess/obsolete inventory management.
