Job Summary

Partner with the Extruded Proteins Finance Director to support end-to-end finance for operational and commercial performance. Own margin and profitability analysis, pricing and cost-driver reporting, and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly insights versus budget and prior year. Lead budgeting and forecasting, support month-end close and financial governance, and collaborate with Plant leadership and commercial/operations teams to drive cost discipline, capital effectiveness, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary finance partner to the Plant Manager and site leadership team, explaining operational and commercial performance.
•Build and communicate end-to-end margin bridges and deliver actionable performance analysis versus budget and prior year.
•Lead annual budgeting and own forecasting/budgeting processes in collaboration with Sales, Pricing, and Operations.
•Own reporting and month-end close activities, including accruals, balance sheet management, inventory reconciliations, and fixed asset tracking.
•Partner with centralized teams on costing and drive inventory/working capital performance, including cycle counts and excess/obsolete inventory management.
