Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare permits, tariffs, applications, and compliance filings with regulatory agencies for interstate and midstream entities.
  • •Coordinate Section 7 application preparation (draft application and exhibits), review and comment on environmental reports under NEPA/FERC guidance, and file completed applications.
  • •Serve as liaison with FERC staff and other agency representatives across pre-filing, pendency, construction, and post-construction compliance phases.
  • •Prepare filings and reports for TRRC (including T-4 permits, P-5 organizational reports, GSD2 natural gas tariffs, and CI-D filings) and for CER/CRE and Mexico (SENER and SAT reports, tariff filings).
  • •Support project managers to ensure regulatory compliance, maintain internal controls, and improve consistency and efficiency of internal processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a similar quantitative discipline.
  • •Prefer regulatory work experience in a natural gas or electric utility industry environment.
  • •Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to identify and resolve complex, sensitive regulatory issues.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
  • •Proven oral and written communication and presentation skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
