Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble components and products in line with established work instructions and quality standards.
  • •Configure and build customer-specific gas analyzers and associated systems, including installation of sub-assemblies and electrical components.
  • •Perform functional, performance, environmental, and long-term testing, verifying analyzer performance and documenting results accurately.
  • •Create and maintain manufacturing and testing documentation, and prepare finished equipment for shipment to customers.
  • •Follow ESD and health & safety procedures; support continuous improvement and escalate trade compliance concerns when appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience assembling mechanical and/or electrical products in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, schematics, or work instructions.
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • •Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • •Working knowledge of health and safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
