Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complete payroll cycles for the assigned population, including review and 100% accuracy of payroll outputs.
  • •Ensure compliance with Colombia payroll laws and statutory regulations and support payroll audits with documentation.
  • •Handle complex payroll discrepancies and escalations through root-cause analysis and permanent resolution of recurring issues.
  • •Validate system integrations and data flows, identify system issues, and coordinate fixes.
  • •Drive standardization and process optimization for payroll operations and support automation initiatives, including training L1/L2 team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of progressive experience in payroll administration, payroll shared services, or payroll operations.
  • •Strong expertise in payroll calculations, reconciliation, reporting, and payroll adjustments.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise payroll systems such as ADP or SAP Payroll (or similar platforms).
  • •Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements, tax regulations, and audit readiness.
  • •Experience managing payroll escalations, employee payroll disputes, and high-volume payroll support requests.
